Hi! We are Jeremy & Jessica Horton, owners of two beach properties. We reside just outside of Charlotte, NC in Huntersville, with our daughter, Kate… but spend as much time at the coast as allowed by our schedules.
We custom built our home in Carolina Beach in 2012/2013. While it was never intended to be a rental property, we have hosted a lot of guests over the years. Learn more about that property here.
