Kate’s Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is one block from the ocean and one block from the sound.
The main level has the living space, 2 bedrooms and hall bath. The upstairs houses the primary bedroom and bath with private deck.
On the ground level you will find a storage room with all your beach necessities AND an ice maker! You will also find kayaks and hammocks.

May-Labor Day $425-$525/night (June 15 – Aug 15 are a 7 night minimum stay with a weekly discount)
April & October: $290/night
November – March: $180/night

In the fall and winter of 2025/2026 Kate’s Cottage went through extensive exterior renovations. The decks were completely rebuilt, new french doors replaced the sliders, new double-hung windows replaced the old casement style and brand new Hardie Board siding was added top to bottom with a custom pink paint job. A brand new outdoor shower was built and all new patio furniture was purchased.
